Rolex USA approached Taslimi for help in rebuilding its existing Beverly Hills service facility, now reimagined by its original architects, to serve the needs of today’s market. Working in close quarters and within a tight schedule, Taslimi worked with Shimoda Design Group and the Rolex team to create a customer relations and watch service facility that is reflective of its brand in quality and intricacy. Interior renovation and tenant improvement of a Rolex-operated service center facility dedicated to watch servicing occupying two floors, including a customer service lobby, back of house watch maintenance and repair service areas, support areas, private offices, customer service, employee break rooms, and server room.
